Welcome to my beautiful and cosy holiday flat "Hus Sünnenschien"

All our guests have been delighted—both by the tasteful décor and the wonderful walking paths that start right from the apartment along the canal. Behind the holiday home, there’s a large plot where your dogs can be walked on a leash! The hallway and downstairs bedroom are undecorated. The dining table is upstairs in the living room—nicely decorated, but the decorations can be removed within a minute if you wish. In the corner, you’ll find two beautiful stones with a candle holder—these too can be put away quickly. All dogs are welcomed with a sleeping spot downstairs, fresh water, and treats!

Welcome to the Hus Sünnenschien apartment in Südbrookmerland. With 100 m² of space, you will find comfort for up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 1 bathroom. The apartment is completely separate and has its own entrance, so you can enjoy your holiday in total privacy. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Large windows and carefully chosen furnishings create a bright, harmonious atmosphere. Relax on the covered loggia with a lovely view of the surrounding nature—perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a cozy evening. For your convenience, self check-in is available. A shared parking space is located directly at the house. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Discover East Frisia with the nearby islands of Borkum, Juist, and Norderney. Explore cities like Aurich, Emden, Jever, or Leer, enjoy bike tours, walks along the coast, and try regional specialties as well as traditional East Frisian tea. Upon arrival, a small tea time with East Frisian tea and homemade cake awaits you.
