Welcome to my beautiful and cosy holiday flat "Hus Sünnenschien"

All our guests have been delighted – both by the tasteful furnishings and the wonderful walking paths that start right at the apartment and run along the canal. Behind the holiday home, there is a large property where you can walk your dogs on a leash! The hallway and ground floor bedroom are undecorated. The dining table is upstairs in the living room – lovingly furnished, but the decorations can be removed in a minute if you wish. In the corner, you will find two beautiful stones with a candle holder – these can also be quickly put away. All dogs are welcomed with a sleeping spot on the ground floor, fresh water, and treats! For warm summer days: During the day, darken the large south-facing window with the thick curtain; in the evening from around 6 p.m., open the panoramic windows – a large chestnut tree then provides pleasant shade. A fan is available in the room, and thanks to the proximity to the North Sea, you almost always enjoy a fresh breeze!

Welcome to the Hus Sünnenschien holiday apartment in Südbrookmerland. With 100 m², you have comfortable space for up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 1 bathroom. The apartment is completely private with its own entrance, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in full privacy. An additional lockable access at the top of the stairs provides extra privacy and security throughout your stay. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant visit. Large windows and carefully chosen furnishings create a bright, harmonious atmosphere. Relax on the covered loggia with a lovely view of the surrounding nature—perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a cozy evening. For your convenience, self check-in is available. A shared parking space is right by the house. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Discover East Frisia with the nearby islands of Borkum, Juist, and Norderney. Explore towns like Aurich, Emden, Jever, or Leer, enjoy cycling tours, coastal walks, and try regional specialties as well as traditional East Frisian tea. Upon arrival, a small tea time with East Frisian tea and homemade cake awaits you.
